1. Standard Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while maintaining our operational standards.
2. Room Reservations
Flexible Rate Bookings:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- Cancellations within 48 hours: One night's charge
- No-shows: Full stay charge
Advance Purchase Rate:
- Non-refundable
- Date changes allowed up to 7 days before arrival (subject to availability)
- Change fee: $50 per modification
3. Event Bookings
For special events and packages:
- Full refund: 14+ days before event
- 50% refund: 7-13 days before event
- No refund: Less than 7 days before event
4. Group Bookings
For reservations of 5 or more rooms:
- Custom cancellation terms apply
- Detailed in group booking contract

5. Force Majeure
In cases of:
- Natural disasters
- Government travel restrictions
- Other extraordinary circumstances
Special cancellation terms may apply, assessed case by case.
